The Employer emphasises the importance of an Employee’s fitness for work, especially relating to the use of alcohol and non-prescribed drugs either at work, or before the commencement of work. Where An Employee is affected by any of these substances and it becomes a safety risk to the Employee or other workers, he or she may face instant dismissal.
