Double Dipping. The provisions of this clause will not result in any ‘double dipping’ in respect to benefits payable to an employee.
Double Dipping. Contractor shall ensure that neither it, nor any Contractor Party, nor Company or Utility Participant customer under the Program shall receive any incentives or rebates from another governmental, utility, public agency (including regional energy network) or Company program (“Other Program”) for the same product, equipment or service provided under the Program if the energy savings being claimed by Contractor for such product, equipment or service under this Agreement could also be claimed (whether by Contractor, Contractor Party, Company or Utility Participant customer or otherwise) under such Other Program and if such Other Program’s incentives or rebates are also being funded, in whole or in part, by Company ratepayers (“Double Dipping”). Contractor shall not, and shall cause each Contractor Party not to, apply for or take incentives or rebates that would result in Double-Dipping. Contractor shall be responsible for notifying each Contractor Party, as well as each Company or Utility Participant customer that actually or could potentially participate in the Program, regarding restrictions on Double-Dipping.
Double Dipping. Applicant may not apply for or receive incentives from any other CPUC-funded energy efficiency program for the equipment listed in this application. Equipment discounted by a CPUC-funded energy efficiency program at the point of sale is not eligible for rebates through this program.
Double Dipping. No employee shall accrue and be paid a redundancy benefit from both this agreement and any industry fund to which the Company contributes on behalf of an employee (eg: WACIRF). In this instance the employee shall be entitled to the difference between the Company benefit and the industry benefit, where the Company benefit is greater than the industry benefit and shall not be entitled to any Company benefit where the industry fund benefit is greater than the Company benefit.
Double Dipping. Compensation shall not be paid, nor compensatory time taken, more than once, for the same hours worked under any provisions of this Agreement.
Double Dipping. A competency shall not be paid for twice. For example, where a first-aid allowance is provided, people may not use the relevant competency for reclassification purposes. Likewise, if people receive a leading-hand allowance, they may not claim any management or supervisory competencies for reclassification.
Double Dipping. Court awards or judgments for (i) payment of goods or services you have received and for which you should have paid; (ii) For the payment of monies you are withholding in your accounts; or (iii) Payment or transfer of funds required by law, rule or contract which you have refused to pay. This exclusion applies, for example, to wages and related taxes or benefits you may be ordered to pay. It applies to money the court concludes you are wrongfully withholding. Awarded penalties and plaintiff's costs and your defense are not excluded.
Double Dipping. If an Employee has been injured at work and is receiving workers compensation payments. The Employee shall not be entitled to the provisions of this clause.
Double Dipping. In the event a bus driver who has signed up for extra runs elects to drive an extracurricular route that leaves prior to his regular route he/she will receive his/her normal rate of pay for the regular route in addition to the extra trip pay for up to a maximum of eight (8) times per year. Each individual run will count as one (1) of the (8) times. Drivers who do not sign up for extra runs will be allowed this benefit up to a maximum of five (5) times. Examples: am route, one
(1) extra run; pm route, (1) extra run; kindergarten noon route, (1) extra run. This list is not all inclusive.
Double Dipping. Equipment is eligible for only one CPUC-regulated incentive, either through this Program, or any other applicable PG&E or utility program. The Participant agrees they have not and will not submit Equipment Applications for additional incentives funded by CPUC-regulated energy efficiency public purpose programs.
