Duties include: Surfaces: Wipe clean all surfaces and appliances e.g. tables, benches, BBQ, oven Furniture: Put away all furniture in an organised manner (if applicable) Floors: Sweep, mop and/or vacuum after each booking. Vacuum to be emptied. Fridge: Empty all items and clean any spillages in both fridge and freezer Toilets: Left in a clean and tidy state.
