Alcoholic Liquor or Drugs. The Contractor shall not, otherwise than in accordance with the Laws of the Country, import, sell, give, barter or otherwise dispose of any alcoholic liquor or drugs, or permit or allow importation, sale, gift, barter or disposal by Contractor’s Personnel.
Alcoholic Liquor or Drugs. The Contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure no worker on the site under his control brings or consumes any alcohol or illicit drugs onto the site. The Contractor shall also immediately remove any Contractor’s Personnel that it suspects or has confirmed is under any influence of alcohol or illicit drugs, from site.

The Contractor shall not bring into the Site, nor allow the importation on to the Site or to any accommodation provided for his Personnel, any alcoholic liquor or narcotic drugs, nor permit the use or disposal of the same by his agents, employees, servants or any of his sub-contractor's workmen and servants.

The Client's Representative shall not, otherwise than in accordance with the Laws, import, sell, give, barter or otherwise dispense of any alcoholic liquor or drugs or permit or suffer any such importation, sale, gift, barter or disposal by its Suppliers or employees. The Client's Representative shall not give, barter or otherwise dispose of to any person or persons any arms or ammunition of any kind or permit or suffer such activities. The Client's Representative shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or amongst its employees and those of its Suppliers and agents and for the preservation of peace and protection of persons and property in the neighbourhood of the Works.
