Alerts and Notifications. 3.2.1 The Cardholder agrees that the Bank, its affiliates, subsidiaries and third party service providers may send or communicate with the Cardholder through text messages (SMS) or email notification specific prompts, reminders and notices, marketing materials, promotions, loan offerings, and that the information provided herein may be used to pre-qualify the Cardholder for other bank offerings.
3.2.2 The Cardholder acknowledges and accepts that each notification may be sent without being encrypted and may include some information pertaining to your Account(s). It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the security of such cellular phone and to hereby hold the Bank free and harmless against any and all liability, administrative, civil or criminal, including, but not limited to those relating to secrecy laws or regulations should any of the notifications be viewed or accessed by persons other than the Cardholder.
3.2.3 The Cardholder hereby agrees that the Bank does not guarantee the delivery or accuracy of any SMS Alert which are purely for convenience, information and notification purposes only. The Cardholder shall be fully responsible to monitor the due performance and compliance of needed obligations.
3.2.4 In the event that the Cardholder wishes to opt-out from receiving any alert and notification, the Cardholder shall call UnionBank Customer Service at (00) 0000-0000.
Alerts and Notifications. You will send to me from time to time electronic, telephonic or push alerts and/or notifications regarding Transactions, the Account or the use of the Card. For the purpose of Sections 6 and 9:
(a) I will be deemed to have become aware of the unauthorized use or misuse of the Card or the Account upon issuance of an alert or notification; or
(b) if I choose not to receive such alerts and notifications, I will be deemed to have become aware of any unauthorized use or misuse of the Card, the Account, the Card number or the PIN at the time when the Transaction occurs.

The Richland County Public Health Surveillance and Epidemiological Investigation and Response Plan (Annex 3) and the Richland County Community Containment Plan (Annex 4) provide detailed policies and procedures and standard operating procedures. Controlling an Outbreak During a disease outbreak, or public health emergency the Health Department may require staff augmentation by other agencies. Plans are in place to horizontally and vertically expand CD staff. Laboratory Services In a communicable disease outbreak, or public health emergency, laboratory services provide a critical capacity for identifying a potentially infectious agent.
