All Employees Have Seniority. All employees within the scope of this Agreement shall have seniority after successful completion of their initial probation at which time such seniority will be retroactive to the date of employment.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.
