Days Worked definition

Days Worked includes all days actually worked, all holidays (except as defined in Section 2 (C), and all paid leave, which occur within an employee’s service period.
Days Worked means all accumulated days for which an employee is in receipt of a full day's pay.
Days Worked shall refer to actual days worked by an employee and are not specific to any days of the week.

Days Worked means the number of days a Class Member was designated as an M&C in California in Xxxxxx’ payroll system during the Class Period and received a payment through Xxxxxx’ payroll system, whether by direct deposit, paycheck, or otherwise.   • Hours worked means the time during which an employee is subject to the control of an employer, and includes all the time the employee is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
