All Employees - Reasonable Request to work Public Holidays Sample Clauses

All Employees - Reasonable Request to work Public Holidays. Many businesses within ANZ, such as the Customer Contact Centre, operate on public holidays. If you work in one of these businesses you should expect to be requested to be available to work on at least some public holidays during the year. ANZ will notify you during the recruitment process if the role you are applying for will involve being requested to work on public holidays and which public holidays you are most likely to be needed to work. If you accept the role knowing that you will be needed to work some, or on specific, public holidays, you will be required to work on those days when rostered where the request by ANZ has been reasonable in light of these business and customer requirements.
