All Overtime-Exempt Employees Subpoenaed to Appear in Court. Employees will promptly inform the Employer when they receive a subpoena. An overtime-exempt employee who is subpoenaed to appear in court, provided the subpoena is related to their job function or involves matters they have witnessed at work, will be compensated in accordance with the provisions, above. Any travel will be compensated per the OFM guidelines.
