All PLC Facilitators regardless of school building, subject or grade level will be paid a stipend of $1,000.00 per year. This stipend will be paid under the “extra duty” payroll schedule, i.e. quarterly.

PROCEDURE TO SELECT, APPOINT AND MANAGE SUB-CONTRACTORS 4.1 The Supplier shall comply with requirements under Clause 25 (Transfer and Sub-Contracting).

Visiting Appointments A "visiting" appointment is one made to a person having appropriate professional qualifications but not expected to be available for more than a limited period, or to a person in a position which the University does not expect to be available for more than a limited period. A visiting appointment may be offered in single or multi-year appointments not to exceed a total of four (4) consecutive years.

Administrative Functions Include any or a combination of: liaising with other departments on work flows and other matters; participating in interdepartmental meetings; coordinating transactions with external agencies on behalf of department; formulating and updating departmental procedures; recommending changes to Administration; compiling statistical reports on departmental activity. Responsibility for Equipment City shall not be responsible for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or by any of its employees, even though such equipment be furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor by City.
