Allowable Salary for Key Personnel. Within 20 days after NTP, or as identified by the CO, the Contractor shall submit DOE Form 3220.5, Application for Contractor Compensation Approval, to the CO for each key personnel position listed in the Contract for a determination of cost allowability for reimbursement under the Contract. To support a reasonableness determination, the Contractor shall also provide compensation market survey data to support/justify the requested salary and any other information as requested by the CO.
