Amazon Clicks. Your Ads may be displayed or made available on Amazon Network Properties as we determine. We do not guarantee that Your Ads will be displayed or made available on any Amazon Network Property, or that Your Ads will appear in any particular position or rank. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, we may in our sole discretion restrict, modify or otherwise determine the content, appearance, design, functionality and all other aspects of Your Ads, and we may remove any of Your Ads without notice. Except to the extent expressly stated in the Agreement, you are solely responsible for all obligations, risks and other aspects pertaining to the sale of any of Your Products referred to in Your Ads, including without limitation order processing, order fulfillment, returns, refunds, recalls, misdelivery, theft, customer service, and collection of taxes. In addition, you are solely responsible for all ad content, URLs and any other information you submit to us in connection with Your Ads, and the websites and/or other properties to which Your Ads direct users (other than the Amazon Site). We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow users to rate, Your Products and/or your performance, and we may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We may use any means we determine necessary to review and monitor Your Ads to improve our service and ad quality.

  • End User An “End User” is you, an individual or entity, which receives the Models from Licensee or Authorized Licensee User pursuant to this End User Agreement to use in the regular course of your affairs, but not for resale, modification, distribution or exploitation by third parties without AnyLogic’s prior written consent.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Subscriber Network The trunk and feeder signal distribution network over which video, audio, text and data signals are transmitted to Subscribers.

  • Web Portal If you elect to link to and use the web interface provided by us (the “Web Portal”), you agree that the Web Portal is for the sole purpose of enabling Recipients to update and add their contact information. If you elect to use the Web Portal, we grant for the period of the Term (as defined below) to you a limited non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to place a digital image of the applicable sign-up Logo, which will be presented to you (the “Image”), on an appropriate page of your Internet site, with a hyperlink to our Web Portal site (the “Link”) currently at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. You may not use any other trademark or service xxxx in connection with the Image without our prior written approval. The Link may not be used in any manner to provide an Authorized User with access to the Web Portal via any framing, layering or other techniques now known or hereafter developed that permit display of the Web Portal with any materials posted by you or anyone other than us. You may not allow the Image to be linked to any other web site. You may not use the Image in any manner not permitted hereunder, modify the Image, or copy, or create a derivative work from, the “look and feel” of the Image. We will have the right to review all uses of the Image for quality control purposes and proper compliance. We reserve the right to modify permission to use the Image and/or the Link at any time.

  • Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • MSEA SEIU shall have exclusive rights to payroll deduction of membership dues, service fees, and premiums for current MSEA-SEIU spon- sored insurance programs. Deductions for other programs may be mutually agreed to by the parties.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.
