The amended terms and conditions will be sent to the customer by e-mail no later than two weeks before they come into effect. Amendments to these GTC shall be deemed approved and shall also be effective for existing contracts if the customer does not object to them within two weeks after transmission or other announcement of the amended GTC. VIVEUM shall inform the customer separately of the significance of this two-week period in the e-mail containing the amended terms and conditions. The customer shall be notified of any changes or amendments to these GTC by means of a notice on the homepage and/or by e-mail.
