Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. 21.1. This agreement, and any Product Specific Terms and Conditions where applicable, constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and shall not be modified except as expressly set out in this clause 21.
21.2. Subject always to the right of the customer to terminate this agreement in accordance with the provisions of clause 3, the supplier frequently modifies and seeks to improve the services which it provides to its customers, and such changes may from time to time require that the supplier amends the agreement. The supplier shall in its sole discretion have the right to amend the agreement and to change and/ or discontinue any feature or component of the services, as it may deem necessary. Any use by the customer of the services after any such amendment has been implemented and notified to the customer in writing by the supplier, shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the customer of such amendment.

In case of a long-term agreement, the Contractor reserves the right to change or supplement these General Terms and Conditions and all relevant Modules, taking into account the provisions of the Telecommunications Act if the Services fall under the Telecommunications Act.
A.14.2. Amendments also apply to Agreements already entered into with due observance of a period of 30 days after the announcement of the amendment on the Contractor's Website or by electronic message. Changes of minor importance may be made at any time.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. 19.1 XxxxXxxx.xxx reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions. It will notify Client or the Customer at least one month prior to the coming into force of the changes.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. XXXX XXX xxx amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, in particular to take into account changes in legislation, regulations, credit institutions practices and in the internal policies of XXXX XXX. You will be informed of any amendment made to the General Terms and Conditions by your chosen method of communication. You are deemed to have accepted any amendment made to the General Terms & Conditions if you do not object to it by post or e-mail addressed to XXXX XXX within a time limit of thirty (30) days from the date on which you were informed of the amendment in writing. Any amendment imposed on you and us, due to a change in legislation or regulations, applies without prior notice as soon as the legislative or regulatory provision enter into force.

Rhone reserves its right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and Rhone shall provide notice of such amendments to the Client or to such Authorised Individual(s) as Rhone in its absolute discretion considers appropriate in the context of the services provided.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. 2.1. We are authorised to amend these Terms if we deem it necessary or if required to do so by law. If we intend to do so, we will notify you of the intended amendment at least 2 (two) months before the proposed effective date of the amendment. 2.2. We will assume that you agree with the proposed amendments and that you accept them if you do not submit a written statement rejecting the amendments before they enter into force. If you accept the changes, they shall become binding and apply to transactions with Abon.
2.3. Prior to the effective date of the amendments, you have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge with effect from any date prior to the effective date of the amendments. In the proposed amendments to the Terms, we will instruct you on the consequences of your silence and on the right to immediate termination of the agreement free of charge. For more information on the procedure related to the termination of the agreement, we refer you to Article 7 (Termination).
2.4. Extending the functionality of our service or introducing new services that do not interfere with existing services does not constitute a change in the Terms.

Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. IGI reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect one month after their communication by written notice to the Client. If the Client does not wish to accept the amendments to the General Terms and Conditions, it will be entitled, until the date on which those amendments come into effect, to terminate the contractual relation with IGI by registered letter. Once the amendments have entered into effect, the Client will be deemed to have – tacitly and unmistakably – accepted them.

14.1 In the case of a continuing performance agreement, the Contractor reserves the right to amend or supplement the General Terms and Conditions and all Modules contained therein.

9.2 Changes also apply to Agreements already entered into subject to a period of 15 days after the announcement of the change on the Woolsocks App, by electronic message or in writing.
9.3 If a Woolsocks Member does not wish to accept a change in these General Terms and Conditions, the Woolsocks Member should terminate the Agreement before the date on which the new terms and conditions enter into force, unless OrangeBuddies has indicated that the old terms and conditions will continue to apply to the Woolsocks Member.
