Changes in Legislation the passing of, or any change in, after the Closing Date, any Applicable Law or administrative practice of any government, governmental department, agency or regulatory body having the force of the law including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) any increase in the rates of Taxation or any imposition of Taxation or any withdrawal of relief from Taxation not in force at the Closing Date.
Changes in Legislation. (i) the passing of, or any change in, after the date of this Agreement, any law, rule, regulation or administrative practice of any government, governmental department, agency or regulatory body including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) any increase in the rates of Taxation or any imposition of Taxation or any withdrawal of relief from Taxation not actually (or prospectively) in effect at the date of this Agreement; or
(ii) any change after the date of this Agreement of any generally accepted interpretation or application of any legislation;
Changes in Legislation. 23.1 The Partners shall review the operation of the Partnership Arrangements under this Agreement and all or any procedures or requirements of this Agreement on the coming into force of any relevant statutory or other legislation or guidance affecting the Partnership Arrangements to ensure that the Partnership Arrangements comply with such legislation or guidance.
Changes in Legislation. Both parties agree that in the event that future legislation renders null and void, or materially alters any provision of this Agreement, all other provisions shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement.
Changes in Legislation. Partners may review the operation of the Agreement and all or any procedures or requirements of this Agreement on the coming into force of any relevant statutory or other legislation or guidance affecting the provision of the Services so that the commissioning of the Services under this Agreement complies with such legislation or guidance.
Changes in Legislation the passing of, or any change in, after the date of this Agreement, any law, rule, regulation or published administrative practice of any Government Authority including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) any increase in the rates of Taxation or any imposition of Taxation or any withdrawal of relief from Taxation not actually (or prospectively) in effect at the date of this Agreement (except in relation to Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 as incorporated into the definition of Environmental Laws); or
Changes in Legislation. If, after the Effective Date, the Costs or duration of the Service is altered as a result of changes in or additions to the regulations in any country in which the Service is to be performed, the agreed Service Fee and time for completion shall be adjusted accordingly.

Changes in Legislation. 11.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the End User acknowledges and agrees that Australia Post and/or the Third Party Provider must comply with any future legislation and/or Government policy which imposes binding restrictions or limitations on Australia Post’s or the Third Party Provider’s use of the Australia Post Data, including any restrictions or limitations relating to the supply of Australia Post Data or elements thereof to any person, and the terms of this Agreement, and the End User’s agreements with any other parties, will be varied accordingly.
Changes in Legislation. This protocol will become inoperative if, during the effective term of this CLA, it appears that due to changes in Dutch or European legislation or jurisprudence, continuation of this protocol cannot reasonably be demanded of the employers. In that case, the parties to the CLA will enter into consultations.
