Amount Allocation. The Gross Settlement Fund, less Costs and Fees shall be multiplied by each Authorized Claimant’s percentage allocation as calculated in Section 3.5(B)(4). This represents the individual amount allocated to each Authorized Claimant – or Individual Gross Amount.
