Amount of Paid Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be for full-time employees earned at the rate of point five eight (0.58) day for every month an employee is employed which is equal to seven (7) days per year. All employees will be allowed to use up to three (3) sick days per year from their unused portion of their sick leave when a member of the employee’s immediate family is sick.
