An Engineering Tradesperson. Special Class Level 1 works above and beyond a tradesperson at C9 and to the level of his/her skills, competence and training performs work within the scope of this level. • Is able to provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a work team; • Provides training in conjunction with supervisors and trainers; • Understands and implements quality control techniques; • Works under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment; • Operates lifting equipment incidental to his/her work; • Performs non-trade tasks incidental to his/her work. Wage Group AG14 to AG15 (C7) Engineering Tradesperson – Special Class Level 2 A Special Class Engineering Tradesperson – Level 2 means a: • Special Class Engineering Tradesperson (Electrical/Electronic) – Level 2; or • Special Class Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical) – Level 2; or • Special Class Engineering Tradesperson (Fabrication) – Level 2; or • Higher Engineering Tradesperson Who has completed the minimum training requirements of Certificate 4 in Engineering or C10 plus sixty percent towards a Diploma of Engineering or equivalent.   • Education and Specialized Knowledge Preferably secondary school graduation; a good working knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Act and Regulations; a good knowledge of safety rules and regulations as they pertain to the driving and/or operation of the vehicles, equipment and machinery involved; preferably graduation from a defensive driving course and/or a recognized training program in the driving and operation of commercial type vehicle or heavy equipment.

  • Value Engineering The Supplier may prepare, at its own cost, a value engineering proposal at any time during the performance of the contract. The value engineering proposal shall, at a minimum, include the following;

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. Forest Service engineering shall be completed according to the schedule in A8. Should Forest Service be unable to perform the designated survey and design by the completion date or other agreed to time, upon written agreement, Purchaser shall assume responsibility for such work. In such event, Contracting Officer shall revise:

  • Geotechnical Services Engineer will obtain all necessary subsurface investigations, tests, reports, and perform related surveys.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
