Production Systems Employee. A Production Systems Employee is an employee who, while still being primarily engaged in Engineering /Production work applies the skills acquired through the successful completion of an Engineering Production Certificate III or Certificate of Engineering – Production Systems or equivalent in the production, distribution, or stores functions so as to enable the employee to perform work within the scope of this level.

Production Systems Employee. A Production Systems Employee is an employee who, while still being primarily engaged in Engineering /Production work applies the skills acquired through the successful completion of a certificate III level qualification or equivalent in the production, distribution, or stores functions. A Production Systems Employee is an employee who has completed an Engineering Production Certificate III or equivalent so as to enable the employee to perform work within the scope of this level. • A Production Systems Employee works above and beyond an employee at C11 and to the level of his/her skills, competence and training • Understands and applies quality control techniques; • Exercises good interpersonal communications skills; • Exercises discretion within the scope of this classification level; • Exercise keyboard skills at a level higher than C11; • Performs work under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment; • Able to inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards. WAGE GROUP: C9 Engineering Tradesperson - Level II Engineering Technician - Level I An Engineering Tradesperson - level II is an: Engineering Tradesperson (Electrical/Electronic) - Level II; or Engineering Tradesperson (Mechanical) - Level II; or Engineering Tradesperson (Fabrication) - Level II: who has completed the following training requirements: Three appropriate modules in addition to the training requirements of C10 level; or Three appropriate modules towards a National Diploma; or Three appropriate modules towards an Advanced Diploma; or equivalent. • An Engineering Tradesperson - Level II works above and beyond a tradesperson at C10 and to the level of his/her skills and competence and training performs work within the scope of this level; • Exercises discretion within the scope of this classification; • Works under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment; • Understands and implements quality control techniques; • Provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a work team; • Operates lifting equipment incidental to his/her work; • Performs non-trade tasks incidental to his/her work.   • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).
