Anaerobic Digestion System Improvements. The Parties hereto acknowledge that Phoenix has an obligation to comply with Applicable Law in the operation and expansion of the Plant and corresponding operation and maintenance of the Plant’s anaerobic digestion facilities. Developer may, from time to time, request that Phoenix make repairs and improvements to the anaerobic digestions facilities that are in addition to those required by Applicable Law, and are intended to result in enhanced quality or quantity of Biogas transmitted to the Delivery Point. No repairs or improvements to the anaerobic digestion facilities requested by Developer shall interfere with or cause Impairment to Plant operations. Any such repairs or improvements will be completed by Phoenix, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will be the property of Phoenix and under Phoenix's sole control. Any costs related to such repairs or improvements requested by Developer shall be entirely the financial responsibility of Developer, and will be promptly paid for directly by Developer. In connection with any such request, Developer shall provide Phoenix with evidence of financial responsibility reasonably satisfactory to Phoenix, which may include, without limitation, a letter of credit or performance bond reasonably acceptable to Phoenix in an amount equal to the projected costs of the repairs or improvements prior to the commencement of any repairs or construction and installation of improvements.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day.   • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan"). To the extent that IC § 20-10.2 applies to the Charter in its function as the School Improvement Plan, the Organizer shall comply with the requirements under IC § 20-10.2.
