Annual Bonus Payments. In addition to the amounts payable by the Company under SECTIONS 4.1 and 4.2, the Executive shall be entitled to receive an annual bonus opportunity with a target objective of fifty percent (50%) of Base Compensation (the "BONUS PAYMENT"). The bonus opportunities as provided in this SECTION 4.3 shall be based upon the achievement of certain performance targets and shall be established in writing by the Compensation Committee of the Board either prior to, or within 90 days after the beginning of, each fiscal year of the Company. Any Bonus Payment in excess of fifty percent (50%) of Base Compensation for any one fiscal year may be paid in restricted shares of common stock ("COMMON STOCK") of Garden Ridge at the discretion of the Board. Notwithstanding the calculation of the target objective of the Bonus Payment for the Executive provided herein, the Executive shall be entitled to a minimum Bonus Payment of $150,000 for the fiscal year ending January 30, 2000.

Annual Bonus Payments. During the Employment Period, Executive shall receive, in addition to the Annual Base Salary, such annual bonus payments as the Board may specify (each an “Annual Bonus”); provided, however, that each such Annual Bonus shall not be less than $15,000 (prorated for the year ending December 31, 2006, and for any other partial year of service). Each Annual Bonus shall be paid in a lump sum on or before January 31 of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year (or portion thereof) in which Executive earned such Annual Bonus.

These payments will be paid within 30 calendar days of the effective date of this Agreement. Taxes and other applicable withholdings will be deducted from the payments. 16.2 Regular employees who work in the classifications of Utility Operator or Laboratory Technician (hired before 4/16/06) during the period of November 16, 2018, through November 15, 2019, will receive a bonus payment in the gross amount of 3.0% of their total earnings while they worked in those classifications during the period of November 16, 2018, through November 15, 2019. Annual Bonus Payments. You will be eligible to receive an annual bonus under and pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Annual Incentive Plan or any successor plan thereto (the “Incentive Plan”) for each fiscal year that you remain employed by the Company with a target of 150% of your Base Salary for the applicable year (each, a “Bonus”). In the event that your employment terminates due to your death or Disability, you or your designated beneficiary shall receive (i) any earned but unpaid Bonus attributable to the year prior to such termination of employment, which amount shall be paid as soon as administratively practicable thereafter (and in any event within 45 days thereof) and (ii) the Bonus corresponding to the calendar year in which such death or Disability occurred, based on actual performance, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of calendar days during such calendar year prior to such death or Disability and the denominator of which is the total number of calendar days of such calendar year, which amount shall be paid at the same time payments under the Incentive Plan are made to active employees of the Company.

Annual Bonus Payments. Executive shall be entitled to an annual bonus equal to $30,000 for each $1,000,000 of EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization to be calculated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in effect in the United States and based on the Company’s audited financial statements) which the Company earns in that calendar year in excess of $10,000,000. For avoidance of doubt, Executive’s bonus shall include a prorated bonus amount for any increment of EBITDA that is less than the full $1,000,000 increment. The annual bonus shall accrue on December 31 of each applicable calendar year and shall be paid to Executive ten (10) days following a receipt by the Company of an unqualified audit opinion from its duly appointed auditors.

  • Bonus Payments No employee shall be required or requested to make any written or verbal agreement that will conflict with the terms of this Agreement. All employees must be paid weekly for all hours worked as provided in this Agreement. Any bonuses, commissions or other methods of payments over and above the requirements of this Agreement shall be in addition to the requirements of this Agreement and may not be used to offset such contractual requirements and shall not be subject to negotiations.

  • Bonus Payment Executive will receive a lump-sum payment equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the higher of (A) the greater of (x) Executive’s target bonus for the fiscal year in which the Change of Control occurs (as in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control) or (y) Executive’s target bonus as in effect for the fiscal year in which Executive’s termination of employment occurs, or (B) Executive’s actual bonus for performance during the calendar year prior to the calendar year during which the termination of employment occurs. For avoidance of doubt, the amount paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 3(b)(iii) will not be prorated based on the actual amount of time Executive is employed by the Company during the fiscal year (or the relevant performance period if something different than a fiscal year) during which the termination occurs.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Annual Bonuses For each fiscal year during the term of employment, the Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount, if any, as may be determined from time to time by the Board in its discretion.

  • Cash Bonuses The Chief Executive Officer shall determine the Executive’s right to receive cash bonuses. Cash bonuses shall be awarded annually based upon the Executive’s and the Company’s annual performance pursuant to the Company’s policy. 5.

  • Annual Bonus Opportunity Your annual target bonus opportunity following the Effective Date will be 50% of your annual base salary (the “Target Bonus”). The Target Bonus shall be subject to review and may be adjusted based upon the Company’s normal performance review practices. Your actual bonuses shall be based upon achievement of performance objectives to be determined by the Board in its sole and absolute discretion. Bonuses will be paid as soon as practicable after the Board determines that such bonuses have been earned, but in no event will a bonus be paid to you after the later of (i) the fifteenth (15th) day of the third (3rd) month following the close of the Company’s fiscal year in which such bonus is earned or (ii) March 15 following the calendar year in which such bonus is earned.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.
