Annual Consultations. The Borrower shall cause NCU and the PPUs to organize annual regional workshops to establish annual priorities for local development activities in conformity with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual.
Annual Consultations. The Recipient shall cause FOSAP to organize annual regional workshops to establish annual priorities for HIV/AIDS in conformity with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual, and the FOSAP Grant Procedures Manual.
Annual Consultations. The Borrower shall cause FOSAP and the Population Division to organize annual regional workshops to establish annual priorities for HIV/AIDS and population activities in conformity with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual, the FOSAP Grant Procedures Manual and the FOSAP Micro-credit Procedures Manual.
Annual Consultations. Date, place and consultation level, as well as agenda plus work plan shall be determined through diplomatic channels.
Annual Consultations. 2.1 The Parties undertake to hold annual consultations to discuss issues under this Agreement and to strengthen collaboration between themselves and among CPLP countries, focusing in particular on hunger eradication and poverty reduction.
Annual Consultations. The Recipient shall cause PMU to organize regional annual workshops to establish annual priorities for ecosystem management activities in conformity with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual.
Annual Consultations. The Recipient shall cause NCU and the RCUs to organize annual regional workshops with relevant stakeholders to establish annual priorities for local development activities in conformity with the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual.
Annual Consultations. Upon either Party’s reasonable request, the Parties shall meet once per year (in person or by telephone or videoconference, as mutually agreed):
(a) to review the Parties’ activities during the past year;
(b) to discuss the Annual Contribution Form and the Annual Planting Plan and cooperation of the Parties for the upcoming year;
(c) to discuss details related to Eden’s planting and maintenance procedures, monitoring practices, success metrics, and the like; and
(d) to discuss progress in respect of the Objectives, including the Parties’ mutual goal of Partner providing Contributions for, and Eden using such Contributions to planting, up to five billion (5,000,000,000) trees during the Term (including at least ten million (10,000,000) trees during the first year of the Term) (the “Planting Goal”). In furtherance of the Planting Goal, the Parties may develop during such consultations a non-binding projected Contribution and planting schedule for the Term in order to achieve the Planting Goal; provided that Partner shall not be obligated to make Contributions and Eden shall not be obligated to plant trees other (a) than pursuant to Annual Contribution Forms and Quarterly Contribution Forms that are agreed by the Parties and (b) in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
Annual Consultations. 1. The Parties shall consult annually to seek to determine, inter alia, the following matters:
(a) any access by fishing vessels flying the flag of one Party to the other’s area of jurisdiction under Article 3, and
(b) any transfer of quota from one Party to the other for fishing by vessels flying the flag of the other Party, subject to adjustment where necessary.
2. The Parties shall produce a written record documenting the results of their consultations.
Annual Consultations. The parties shall consult with each other no less than once per calendar year for the purpose of identifying Jointly Owned IP Rights for which protection should be sought, the countries or jurisdictions in which such protection should be sought and in equalizing the costs involved in such protection.
