AREA OF JURISDICTION. 7.1 The jurisdiction of this Agreement is the entire State of Alaska. The Local Union agrees to deal fairly and equally with all signatory Employers to this Agreement in order to promote uniform and fair conditions in the Painting/Taping/Wallcovering industries.
7.2 The Local Union will maintain an office in both Anchorage and in Fairbanks during the life of this Agreement. The Union may expand its presence to any other areas of the State as demand and finances allow.
AREA OF JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall cover the work more specifically defined herein as within the Millwright classification and located within the area of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, which term is intended to mean that portion of Washington State which is East of the 120th meridian and the portion of Idaho that is North of Grangeville .
AREA OF JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall cover the work more specifically defined herein as within pile drilling classifications and located within the area of Northern California, which term is intended to mean that portion of California above the northern boundary of San Xxxx Obispo County and the westerly boundaries of Inyo and Mono Counties, consisting of the following forty-six (46) counties: Alameda, Alpine, Xxxxxx, Butte, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Colusa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Xxxxx, Humboldt, Kings, Lake, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Xxxxx, Mendocino, Merced, Modoc, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Xxxxxx, San Francisco, San Xxxxxxx, San Mateo, Santa Xxxxx, Santa Xxxx, Xxxxxx, Sierra, Siskiyou, Xxxxxx, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Xxxx, Yuba. It is understood further that by the above listing the jurisdiction of the UNION over Pile Drilling work is not limited to that area. On the contrary, the UNION claims jurisdiction over Drilled Pile in certain area beyond that covered by this contract, i.e., the northern part of Nevada consisting of the counties of Humboldt, Elko, Washoe, Pershing, Lander, Eureka, White Pine, Storey, Carson, Douglass, Lyon, Churchill, and Mineral, the state of Utah, and/or one half the distance to the nearest Pile Drivers Local.
AREA OF JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall cover the work more specifi- cally defined herein as within diving classification and located within the area of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, which term is intended to mean that portion of Washington State which is East of the 120th meridian and the portion of Idaho that is North of Grangeville . It is understood further that by the above listing the ju- risdiction of the Union over diving work is not thereby limited to that area . On the contrary, the Union claims jurisdiction over diving of certain areas beyond that covered by this contact, i .e ., the portion of Idaho that is South of Grangeville and the entire States of Mon- xxxx and Wyoming, and/or one half the distance to the nearest Pile Drivers local .
AREA OF JURISDICTION. The Area of Jurisdiction is British Columbia.
AREA OF JURISDICTION. The area of jurisdiction is, if the client is not a full buyer in the sense of the HGB or in the inland conditions, where the customer is located, for any disputes, including those relating to bank cheques. Only German Law is applicable to the contractual relations. UN purchase rights do not apply.
AREA OF JURISDICTION. This Agreement and the rights, obligations and relations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario

AREA OF JURISDICTION. This Ordinance shall apply to all lands within the corporate limits of the Village of West Salem and to all lands within the extraterritorial plat approval jurisdiction of the Village.
AREA OF JURISDICTION. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The area of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.
