Annual Leave Accrual Rates. The progression to higher accrual rates for annual leave shall be based on serving the number of hours equivalent to the time periods designated in Article 11.1.1 of the collective bargaining agreement. Overtime hours shall not count toward the higher accrual rates for annual leave hours.
