Annual Limit of Paid Carer’s Leave. (a) A team member is entitled to access a maximum of 76 hours of their paid xxxxx’s leave entitlement (pro-rata amount for part-time team members) in each anniversary year. (b) Where a team member has taken their limit of 76 hours’ paid carer’s leave (pro rata amount for part-time team members) in each anniversary year in accordance with sub-clause 6.4.2 (a) an additional 7.6 hours’ paid carer’s leave (pro rata for part-time team member members) may be accessed. This leave is not deducted from the team member’s accrued sick leave and is not available for the use of sick leave. This leave for each anniversary year will stand-alone and is not cumulative.

Annual Limit of Paid Carer’s Leave. An employee is entitled to use 76 hours of paid personal / carer’s leave as carer’s leave (pro- rata amount for part-time employees) in each anniversary year. This limit applies even if the team member has accrued more personal / carer’s leave than is available for paid carer’s leave.

Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.

  • ANNUAL LIMITATION Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, and with respect to each Tax Year of the Tax Limitation Period beginning after the first Tax Year of the Tax Limitation Period, in no event shall (i) the sum of the maintenance and operations ad valorem taxes paid by the Applicant to the District for such Tax Year, plus the sum of all payments otherwise due from the Applicant to the District under Articles IV, V, and VI of this Agreement with respect to such Tax Year, exceed (ii) the amount of the maintenance and operations ad valorem taxes that the Applicant would have paid to the District for such Tax Year (determined by using the District’s actual maintenance and operations tax rate for such Tax Year) if the Parties had not entered into this Agreement. The calculation and comparison of the amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii) of the preceding sentence shall be included in all calculations made pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement, and in the event the sum of the amounts described in said clause (i) exceeds the amount described in said clause (ii), then the payments otherwise due from the Applicant to the District under Articles IV, V, and VI shall be reduced until such excess is eliminated.

  • Proof of Compliance with Disability Benefits Coverage Requirements In order to provide proof of compliance with the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation Law pertaining to disability benefits, a Vendor/Contractor shall: a) Be legally exempt from obtaining disability benefits coverage; or b) Obtain such coverage from an insurance carrier; or c) Be a Board-approved self-insured employer. A Vendor seeking to enter into a Contract with the State of New York shall provide one of the following forms to OGS at the time of Vendor Submission and thereafter, within three (3) days of request: a) Form CE-200, Certificate of Attestation for New York Entities With No Employees and Certain Out of State Entities, That New York State Workers’ Compensation and/or Disability Benefits Insurance Coverage is Not Required, which is available on the Workers’ Compensation Board’s website (xxx.xxx.xx.xxx); (Reference applicable Solicitation and Group #s on the form.); b) Form DB-120.1, Certificate of Disability Benefits Insurance. The Vendor/Contractor must request that its insurance carrier send this form to OGS; or c) Form DB-155, Certificate of Disability Benefits Self-Insurance. The Vendor/Contractor must call the Board’s Self-Insurance Office at 000-000-0000 to obtain this form. Proof of coverage or an exemption shall be submitted to The New York State Office of General Services, New York State Procurement, Corning Tower- 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • Workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance endorsements The following are required: (i) CANCELLATION endorsement which provides that the District is entitled to 30 days prior written notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of the policy, or reduction in coverage, by certified mail, return receipt requested. (ii) WAIVER OF SUBROGATION endorsement which provides that the insurer will waive its right of subrogation against the District, its Trustees, and their officials, employees, volunteers, and agents with respect to any losses paid under the terms of the workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance policy which arise from work performed by the Named Insured for the District.
