Premium Support definition

Premium Support has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B to these Terms and Conditions.
Premium Support means Oracle’s enhanced level of Support Services. In addition to the Basic Support Services described herein, if Customer is entitled to Premium Support, the Normal Support Hours for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues will be expanded to 24x7 coverage with improved Response Time Goals and additional Authorized Contacts are provided.

Examples of Premium Support in a sentence

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscriptions may be purchased with various levels of Production Support including Self-support, Standard and Premium Support Levels.

  • Your continued use of the Software or Premium Support on a subscription basis is contingent upon annual payment of fees in advance.

  • Fees are owed and are to be paid in exchange for the rights granted and services made available hereunder and not based on your actual use of the Software, Premium Support or Professional Services.

  • All invoices for Software, Professional Services or Premium Support are due and payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.

  • For Premium Support, in order to receive 24x7 coverage for Severity 1 and 2 issues, you must provide a dedicated point of contact who will be available until the issue is resolved.


More Definitions of Premium Support

Premium Support means the support described in appendix 2;
Premium Support means the additional enhancements to Support and Issue Resolution that may be purchased by licensees of the Solution for an additional fee. (as defined in Section 1.4)
Premium Support means the highest tier of commercial solution support, as set forth in Section 2.3, below.
Premium Support means the right to contact The Supplier directly at any time.
Premium Support shall have the meaning set forth in Attachment A to this Exhibit B.
Premium Support means Premium Support purchased by You as set forth in the Sales Order Form.
