Premium Support definition

Premium Support has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B to these Terms and Conditions.
Premium Support means Oracle’s enhanced level of Support Services. In addition to the Basic Support Services described herein, if Customer is entitled to Premium Support, the Normal Support Hours for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues will be expanded to 24x7 coverage with improved Response Time Goals and additional Authorized Contacts are provided.

Examples of Premium Support in a sentence

  • Availability Hours 09:00 - 17:00 on Austrian business days (CET/CEST) and 9am – 5pm ET/EDT on US (N.C.) business days Premium Support Premium support includes all standard support coverage with the following enhancements.

  • For Clients that subscribe to Lingo’s MSP Premium Support service, requests for configuration changes will be responded to within three (3) to five (5) business days.

  • In addition to the Premium Support Services features defined above, Customer shall receive a dedicated support team, deployment services, and ongoing customer success management.

  • Customer will identify a maximum of three (3) Administrators to receive support portal access for Standard Support Services and an unlimited number of Administrators for Premium Support Services and Premium Plus Support Services.

  • For an additional charge, Customer shall receive Premium Support Services, which includes 24x7x365 support access for Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues, unlimited support portal accounts, and a designated phone number for reporting all Severity 1 and Severity 2 issues.

Premium Support means Oracle’s enhanced level of Support Services. Premium Support means the support described in appendix 2;
Premium Support means the additional enhancements to Support and Issue Resolution that may be purchased by licensees of the Solution for an additional fee. (as defined in Section 1.4)
Premium Support shall have the meaning set forth in Attachment A to this Exhibit B.
Premium Support means the day to day support for the Licensed Services provided to the Customer by VMO2B and as further described in Appendix 1 to this Service Schedule;
Premium Support means the premium support services included as part of subscriptions to Genetec Advantage™ offering optionally made available for purchase in relation to compatible Deliverables Sold under the Agreement, as further described in the relevant Documentation.
Premium Support means the right to contact The Supplier directly at any time.
