Annual Workplan and Budget. 6. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association, not later than December 15 of each year (or fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date for the first year of Project implementation covering activities to be implemented in the rest of the calendar year), an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all Project activities proposed to be included in the Recipient’s Respective Parts of the Project for implementation in the following calendar year and a proposed financing plan for expenditures required for such activities, setting forth the proposed amounts, sources of financing and eligible costs.

The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association, not later than December 15 of each year (or fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date for the first year of Project implementation, covering activities to be implemented in the rest of the calendar year), an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all Project activities proposed to be included in the Recipient’s Respective Part of the Project for implementation in the following calendar year (or in this case the 15 intended months of the operational collaboration) and a proposed financing plan for expenditures required for such activities, setting forth the proposed amounts, sources of financing and eligible costs.
Annual Workplan and Budget. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall, by no later than March 31 of each Financial Year during the implementation of the Project, prepare and furnish to the Association, an annual work plan and budget containing all activities proposed to be included in their Respective Parts of the Project during the following Financial Year, and the proposed financing plan for the expenditures required thereunder, indicating the amounts and source of financing (“Annual Work Plan and Budget”), all in accordance with the Project Implementation Manual, each said Annual Work Plan and Budget of such scope and detail as the Association shall reasonably request.
