Anonymous Reporting. The University’s EHS Department maintains an anonymous health and safety reporting system available to Graduate Assistants and shall continue to do so throughout the life of this Agreement.
Anonymous Reporting. If you wish to report a suspected violation of this Code anonymously, you may e-mail the Chairman of the Audit Committee at xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. You do not have to reveal your identity in order to make a report. If you do reveal your identity, it will not be disclosed by the Chairman of the Audit Committee unless disclosure is (i) necessary for the purposes of investigating the report, including seeking legal advice or providing the alleged violator a fair opportunity to respond to the allegations (in which case the Company will preserve confidentiality to the extent that the needs of the situation permit), or (ii) required by law or court order.
