The Arbitrator’s consideration shall be limited to issues of effectiveness in reducing fatigue, durability, cost, and employee preference. The parties agree that the foregoing paragraph does not preclude either party from grieving any dispute that may arise with respect to the anti-fatigue mats. When either party raises an issue regarding the supply of anti-fatigue mats, the parties agree to meet to discuss the issue.
