ANTI-HARASSMENT AND ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICIES. The Employer will establish anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies that are compliant with state and federal law. These policies shall include a complaint procedure, including non-retaliation and confidentiality policies. Such policies shall be made readily available to employees in the employee handbook, and shall be updated as needed or as required by law. It is the responsibility of the Employer to ensure that all employees are aware of the Employer’s anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies and properly trained on the content of such policies.
