Anticipated Contract Term. The term of the Sales Services contract shall be from May 1, 2019 through April 31, 2021, with three (3) one (1)-year options to renew with the approval and acceptance of the 32nd District Agricultural Association.
Anticipated Contract Term. Sourcewell anticipates that the term of any resulting contract(s) will be four (4) years. Up to two one-year extensions may be offered based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participating Entities.

  • Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period.   • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
