b) All Members must encourage open participation from any organization able to meet the membership requirements, regardless of competitive interests. Put another way, the Governing Board will not seek to exclude any member based on any criteria, requirements or reasons other than those that are reasonable and applied on a non- discriminatory basis to all members.
Antitrust Guidelines. During the course of the Event, it is not uncommon for Registrants to participate in ad-hoc break-out sessions or similar type of unplanned meetings with other companies of the same industry. Antitrust Guidelines. Certain types of activities conducted by industry Members may be subject to scru- tiny under antitrust laws as being anti-competitive. In order to minimize exposure of the Alliance and its Members (together, and collectively with any other class of Members of the Alliance, the “Members”) to antitrust liability, the Alliance and each Member agree to abide by the following guidelines when participating with, for or on behalf of the Alliance:
