Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.
Attending Court 20.1 An employee who loses time by being required, in a case in which the Company is involved, to attend court or coroner's inquest, or to appear as a witness, shall be paid for time lost.
