API CONSUMPTION Sample Clauses

API CONSUMPTION. API Consumption between API Invokers and AEFs happens directly. API Invokers need to send authentication information to AEFs for them to validate the request and decide to let it progress or refuse it. As explained in section 3.3.3, in 6G-SANDBOX we will be using OAuth 2.0 Tokens for API Invokers authentication in AEFs. Figure 27: API Invocation between API Invoker and AEF API Invokers need to generate an Access Token Request to get the OAuth 2.0 token. The Access Token Request contains the following information elements: • grant_type: the value for this filed must be “client_credentials” • client_id: matches API Invoker ID • client_secret: if present, it must match the shared secret specified in the onboarding process. • scope: when present shall contain a list of AEF identifiers and its associated API names for which the access_token is authorized for use. The format for defining the Scope for the Token is the following: • 3gpp#aefId1:apiName1,apiName2,…apiNameX;aefId2:apiName1,apiName2,…apiNameY;…aefIdN:api Name1,apiName2,…apiNameZ The format uses delimiter "#" after the discriminator "3gpp", ":" after AEF identifier, "," between API names and ";" between the last API name of the previous AEF identifier and the next AEF identifier. CCF will process the Token Request and return an Access Token Response in the body of the response. The Access Token Response contains the following information: • access_token: WS Compact Serialized representation of JWS signed JSON object (AccessTokenClaims) • token_type: value will be “Bearer” • expires_in: duration of the token expressed in seconds • scope: the list of AEFs and APIs for which the token provides authorization 4.1 DEPLOYMENT OF CCF IN KUBERNETES CCF is a 6GLibrary object that can be deployed inside a Trial Network, to expose the APIs of the Trial Network components. CCF is an API Manager that will be available at 6G-SANDBOX Facility Level, as well, to expose the APIs of each facility. CCF will be based on CAPIF Core function implementation by Telefónica and Xxxxx that will be published at ETSI Open CAPIF Software Group (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/news/20231105_opencapif_launch/). In order to deploy CCF in Kubernetes cluster, 6G-SANDBOX is providing a Helm Chart as part of the 6GLibrary repository for 6G-SANDBOX facilities to deploy it. The Helm Chart has the following dependencies:

API CONSUMPTION. After Hospira has completed its initial validation runs of Product and during the initial stages of Hospira’s clinical manufacture of Product, the parties shall consult with a view to develop a strategy for maximizing Hospira’s production yield of Product from the API supplied by OBI. Based upon such consultations, the parties shall establish a maximum consumption factor target for Product to be manufactured in accordance with OBI’s purchase orders. When Hospira has achieved production of consistent batch quantities of Product in accordance with the maximum consumption factor target, the parties shall meet to set out in writing binding terms and conditions for production criteria, such as an API yield minimum, permitted variances of quantities of Product to be delivered according to OBI’s purchase orders and consequences of out-of-variance performance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, once the maximum consumption factor has been established, if, during any twelve (12) month period, Hospira’s consumption of API to produce a given quantity of Product exceeds the maximum agreed upon consumption factor for such Hospira – Oxygen Biotherapeutics Agreement quantity of Product, Hospira shall promptly reimburse OBI for any API consumed in excess of that which would have been consumed if Hospira had performed within such maximum consumption factor at OBI’s total cost, as evidenced by OBI’s invoices, for such excess amount of API consumed.
