APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. This part implements the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program authorized by subtitle B of title IV of the XxXxxxxx-Xxxxx Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11371-11378). The program authorizes the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to make grants to States, units of general purpose local government, and territories for the rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for use as emergency shelter for the homeless, for the payment of certain expenses related to operating emergency shelters, for essential services related to emergency shelters and street outreach for the homeless, and for homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing assistance. § 576.2 DEFINITIONS ❖ AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS DEFINITION:
APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide the terms and conditions under which various Members will provide assistance to other Members for emergency training or for an emergency as provided herein.
APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. This Agreement amends and supplements the First Amended Agreement and governs the affairs of the parties hereto with respect to Project Entities (other than Existing Project Entities and Grandfathered Project Entities). It is understood that the First Amended Agreement will continue to remain in full force and effect and be applicable to the Original NY Facilities, the Commons Facilities, Facilities owned by Existing Project Entities and Facilities owned by Grandfathered Project Entities; that this Second Amended Agreement will remain in full force and effect simultaneously and be applicable to Facilities and Project Entities other than those to which the First Amended Agreement is applicable; and that the First Amended Agreement and this Second Amended Agreement represent integral components of the parties' overall intentions and agreements with respect to the Joint Venture. The parties have entered into the joint venture contemplated by the First Amended Agreement and this Second Amended Agreement to develop or acquire, own or lease and operate Facilities in targeted market areas throughout the Territory through jointly owned limited liability companies or other entities agreed to by the parties. The Facilities shall vary in size depending on market conditions. The parties intend to operate multiple Facilities in targeted market areas in the Territory in order to become the market leader and preferred provider of assisted living, dementia or other specialty care services for the elderly in each target market.
APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. A. This ECP shall cover and apply to the Lake Xxxxxxx Manufacturing Complex owned and operated by CITGO in Lake Xxxxxxx, Calcasieu Palish, Louisiana. This ECP shall not apply to any facilities currently owned or operated by CITGO, its subsidiaries, or its afliates other than the Lake Xxxxxxx Manufacturing Complex.
APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. A. This Environmental Compliance Plan (ECP) applies to all oceangoing vessels calling at US ports that are owned by STX and technically managed and/or manned by STX Pos "STX Pos The vessels that are owned by STX and technically managed and/or manned by STX Pos calling at US ports as of the date of execution of this ECP are listed in Attachment 1, and may also include vessels which STX acquires and STX Pos assumes technical management of and calling at U.S Ports, as further described in Section XI. All vessels listed in Attachment 1 are subject to the requirements of this ECP. Vessels which STX sold or STX Pos Ship Management relinquished technical management or xxxxxxx responsibilities for shall be excluded from the requirements of this plan on the effective date of such change. Notification of such change shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Section XI.
APPLICABILITY AND PURPOSE. This Program applies to all employees covered under this Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Since illegal or unauthorized substances abuse can seriously and adversely affect the safe and efficient operation of the contract, the wellbeing of Company and NASA Employees, and others located on KSC, to prevent substance abuse at KSC and related sites, this policy is designed to safeguard the primacy of individual privacy and the need to treat everyone with dignity and respect, while protecting the Company’s and NASA’s employees, as well as physical and financial assets.
