Applicable and Governing Law. 1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in clause 28, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in Cyprus.
Applicable and Governing Law. 16.1 This Agreement and each Transaction entered into with you is in all respects governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

16.4. No action, regardless of form, arising out of transactions under this Agreement may be brought by the Client after three months have elapsed from the day that the cause of action arose.
16.5. In cases that for any reason, any term and condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such pro- vision will be excluded and remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Applicable and Governing Law. 1.1.1 The Contractor and the Architect/Engineer shall be familiar with all provisions of the Contract Documents. The Contractor, the Architect/Engineer and the Construction Agent shall comply with all applicable federal, State and local codes, statutes, ordinances and regulations in the performance of the Work on the Project.
1.1.2 No change shall be made to the Standard Conditions unless so provided in the Supplementary Conditions approved in writing by the Authorized Representative.
1.1.3 It shall be the responsibility of the Architect/Engineer to specify and the Contractor to supply domestically produced steel as required by law. The City reserves the right to reject any item or material provided or installed by a Contractor in violation of this requirement.
1.1.4 The Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, or to the extent required by law the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, shall be the exclusive jurisdiction in which any action or proceeding concerning any Contract, agreement or performance under the Contract Documents or in connection with the Project shall be filed. The Contractor irrevocably consents to such jurisdiction. In any such action or proceeding the Contract Documents shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State which shall govern to the exclusion of the law of any other jurisdiction.
1.1.5 Other rights and responsibilities of the Contractor, the Construction Agent, the Architect/Engineer and the Owner's Representative and the City are set forth throughout the Contract Documents and are included under different titles, articles and paragraphs for convenience. Captions throughout the Contract Documents are for convenience and reference only and the words contained in a caption shall in no way be held to explain, modify, amplify, or aid in the interpretation, construction, or meaning of the provisions of the Contract Documents.

Applicable and Governing Law a. The laws of the State of Texas govern all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The parties hereto acknowledge that venue is proper in Fort Bend County, Texas, for all legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to the Agreement and waive the right to sue or be sued elsewhere. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to waive the County’s sovereign immunity.
b. As required by Chapter 2270, Government Code, GTB hereby verifies that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel through the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this verification, “boycott Israel” means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations specifically with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israel or in an Israeli-controlled territory, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.
Applicable and Governing Law. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
