Common use of Applicable to Part-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Applicable to Part-Time Employees. An employee who is required to work on any of the above mentioned holidays shall be paid at the rate of time and one half his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on such holiday.

Applicable to Part-Time Employees. An employee employed on a part-time basis and who is required scheduled to work on any of the above mentioned holidays a holiday and who actually works shall be paid at the rate of time and one half his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on such holiday at the rate of two (2) times his or her regular rate of pay. In order to qualify for such payment the employee must have worked her or his last scheduled working day prior to such holiday, unless she is unable to do so because of illness or injury by the production of a medical certificate or other proof satisfactory to the Director of Human Resources or designate.

Applicable to Part-Time Employees. An Where the employee who is required to work on any of the above mentioned holidays shall be a paid holiday for which he is paid at the rate of time and one one-half his/her (1 his regular straight time hourly rate and is required to work additional hours following the full shift on that day (but not including hours on a subsequent regularly scheduled shift for such employee) he shall receive two (2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for all such additional hours worked on such holidayworked.
