Application for Reassigned Time. (a) Reassignment of standard credit hour or work plan percentages for any Unit B faculty will involve discussion with the Division/Department Chair and Xxxx. The Application will include a written plan for future scholarly productivity and documentation of prior research/creative accomplishments. For prior research/creative activity, the standard benchmark is measured over a rolling three-year period unless otherwise specified in discipline-specific accreditation criteria and shall include at least one refereed scholarly publication, or its artistic equivalent as specified in the Division/Department criteria, and one other research/creative activity indicated in the Division/Department criteria in that period.
Application for Reassigned Time. (a) Reassignment for Unit B faculty may take the form of service and/or research/creative endeavors. Application for reassigned time for the subsequent Academic Year shall be submitted to the appropriate Division/Department Chair no later than April 1.

  • Application for Use a. The Employer agrees to accept properly executed leave applications within six (6) months of the first day of the period of leave being requested.

In such event, Contractor shall give written notice to the Owner rejecting the proposed Change Order and, if possible, shall accompany said written notice with a proposal from Contractor for changes or modifications to the Bulletin so as to eliminate the Sole Source designation but to achieve goods or services equal in quality or function. The Owner may then require the Design Professional to revise the subject Bulletin so as to eliminate the designation of the Sole Source by incorporation of Contractor's proposal or otherwise. Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.

  • Application for Leave Any request for a leave of absence shall be submitted in writing by the employee to the Employer or designee. The request shall state the reason the leave of absence is being requested and the length of time off the employee desires.
