Application of Pay for Upward Reclassification. When, as a result of Reclassification, a position is upgraded the incumbent shall receive an increase in salary equivalent to one (1) pay step in the new salary range, subject to Clause 11.3(c)(3). Retroactive payment will be made from the first pay period following receipt of the request. Note: Reclassification is defined by Clause 11.12(h).
