(d) Membership Fees must be paid annual in advance by the first day of the Membership year unless the Manager agrees with the Member to pay in some other manner. (e) If the Manager agrees with the Member to allow Membership Fees to be paid in instalments by direct debit, the Member must ensure it has sufficient funds to pay those direct debits at the agreed times set out in any direct debit agreement or form. (f) If the Manager and Member do agree to pay Membership Fees by direct debit, the Member irrevocably authorises the Manager to debit the fees during the term of the Membership from the Member’s nominated bank account on or about the due date for payment without notice. Members warrant that they have the authority to utilise funds in their nominated account for the payment of Membership Fees.
