Appointment Leave - Regular Full-time Nurses. Each full-time employee will be allowed up to a maximum of twenty-two and one half (22.5) hours with pay per fiscal year to attend medical, dental, and legal appointments when such appointments cannot be arranged outside of working hours. The Union agrees that due to scheduling, employees shall have to give six (6) weeks’ advance notice in writing except under extenuating circumstances when requesting time off to attend such appointments.
