Appointment of Affiliate. 5.1 With effect from the Commencement Date and during the term of this Agreement, the Affiliate shall act as The Company’s under the terms of this Agreement and according to Applicable Regulations.
5.2 The Affiliate shall provide to the Company the Services enlisted in Appendix 1, which summarily involve attracting Clients and prospective Clients for the Company.
5.3 The Affiliate’s Services hereunder shall not be exclusive, and the Company shall be entitled at any time to appoint any other person or entity to provide services to the Company in any jurisdiction, whether or not similar to the Services to be provided by the Affiliate.
5.4 The Affiliate shall have no claims to Affiliate’s Commissions generated from Qualified Trading Clients not referred solely by it to the Company.
Appointment of Affiliate. 2.2.1. Upon the Company's approval of Affiliate's Program Participation Form and by the acceptance of this Agreement, the Company grants Affiliate the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to direct potential Traders, Qualified Traders and Referred-Affiliates to the Site(s), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2.2. This Agreement does not grant Affiliate an exclusive right or privilege to assist the Company in the provision of services arising from Affiliate's referrals, and the Company intends to contract with and obtain the assistance of other Affiliates to perform services of the same or similar nature as those provided by the Affiliate. Affiliate shall have no claims to fees originated from Traders and/or Qualified Traders and/or Referred-Affiliates not referred solely by it.
Appointment of Affiliate. (a) Upon IG’s approval of the applicant as an Affiliate, in accordance with clause 2.1, and by the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, IG grants the Affiliate a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and worldwide limited right to direct potential Introduced Clients, and Parent-Affiliates and/or Sub-Affiliates to the Site(s), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(b) This Agreement does not grant the Affiliate an exclusive right or privilege to assist any member of the IG Group in the provision of services arising from the Affiliate’s referrals, and any member of the IG Group may obtain the assistance of other affiliates to perform services of the same or similar nature as those provided by the Affiliate. The Affiliate shall have no claims to fees originated from Introduced Clients, Qualified Introduced Clients and/or Qualified Introduced Open Accounts, Parent-Affiliates and/or Sub- Affiliates not referred solely by it.
Appointment of Affiliate a. Upon acceptance of this Agreement and upon approval of the Affiliate’s Application Form by the Company, the Affiliate shall refer potential Introduced Clients to the main website(s) and the Company grants the Affiliate a revocable non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, and worldwide, limited right to refer potential Introduced Clients to the Main Website(s), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b. The Affiliate shall have no claims to Affiliate’s Commissions generated from Qualified Introduced Clients not referred solely by it to the Company.
Appointment of Affiliate. Zion Health hereby agrees to hire Affiliate in the position indicated in Affiliate’s signature block below to sell and otherwise market Zion Health memberships in such geographic area as Zion Health may determine for the period beginning on the commencement date indicated in said signature block (the “Commencement Date”), and ending on the termination date also indicated in said signature block (the “Termination Date”), unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 2 hereof, or extended by mutual agreement of the parties (such period, the “Term”).
Appointment of Affiliate. The Company hereby appoints and the Affiliate does hereby accept appointment as an independent referral agent, with the nonexclusive right to sponsor new LOVEco Members, and to promote and sell Company products. Affiliate will also have the right to build a network of other Affiliates to sell Company products from which Affiliate may receive commissions pursuant to the terms of the Compensation Plan.

(a) Upon Nadex’s approval of the applicant as an Affiliate, in accordance with clause 2.1, and by the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Nadex grants the Affiliate a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and worldwide limited right to direct potential Introduced Clients and Qualified Introduced Clients to the Site(s), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(b) This Agreement does not grant the Affiliate an exclusive right or privilege to assist any member of Nadex in the provision of services arising from the Affiliate's referrals, and any member of Nadex intends to contract with and obtain the assistance of other affiliates to perform services of the same or similar nature as those provided by the Affiliate. The Affiliate shall have no claims to fees originated from Introduced Clients or Qualified Introduced Clients not referred solely by it.
Appointment of Affiliate. 2.2.1. Upon the Company's approval of Affiliate's Program Participation Form and by the acceptance of this Agreement, the Company grants Affiliate the revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to direct potential Traders and Qualified Traders located within the Target Market and Referred-Affiliates to the Site(s), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2.2. This Agreement does not grant Affiliate an exclusive right or privilege to assist the Company in the provision of services arising from Affiliate's referrals, and the Company intends to contract with and obtain the assistance of other Affiliates to perform services of the same or similar nature as those provided by the Affiliate. Affiliate shall have no claims to fees originated from Traders and/or Qualified Traders and/or Referred-Affiliates not referred solely by it.
2.2.3. Affiliates are either: (a) carrying out generic promotional activity(ies); or (b) serving as a means for the Company to carry out marketing activities, acting only in a passive capacity and not being actively involved in the acquisition of Traders, or managing Trader relationships.
Appointment of Affiliate. Abenity hosts and manages Perks Programs for participating organizations at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. Abenity’s web and mobile applications are branded individually for participating organizations and provide the members of participating organizations with private access to consumer discounts and giveaways as a benefit. The services being offered by Abenity shall be referred to as the “Abenity Program.” Abenity appoints Affiliate as an independent contractor to offer the Abenity Program, subject to the terms, conditions, and covenants set forth in this Agreement. The Affiliate accepts such appointment and agrees to comply with the terms and to perform all conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
Appointment of Affiliate. PhysioEmoDynamics hereby grants to Affiliate the right to promote PhysioEmoDynamics, its website xxx.XxxxxxXxxXxxxxxxx.xxx and other microsites, and such other services and events as PhysioEmoDynamics shall make generally available, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
(a) Accurate, Up-to-Date Information. Affiliate agrees to provide PhysioEmoDynamics with accurate information about Affiliate in connection with implementing and maintaining its account with PhysioEmoDynamics, and to maintain with PhysioEmoDynamics up-to-date account information (such as contact information, and Affiliate website pages used in connection with this Agreement). Affiliate must accurately, clearly and completely describe all promotional activities pertaining to PhysioEmoDynamics by selecting the appropriate descriptions and providing additional information when necessary or at PhysioEmoDynamics’s request.
