– Appointment of Shop Stewards. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint two (2) employees as shop stewards in the Cafeteria, and one (1) employee as shop xxxxxxx in the retail operations. The Union agrees to exclude employees who are serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces and subject to the National Defence Act, Code of Service Discipline from union offices.
