Appointment to a Schedule I or IV Employer. Notwithstanding clause 15.11, an employee who resigns to accept an appointment with an organization listed in Schedule I or IV of the Financial Administration Act may choose not to be paid for unused vacation leave credits, provided that the appointing organization will accept such credits.
