Apprentice Eligibility. The EPA Provider will provide specific guidance in individual cases on requests. All apprentices must be referred to the EPA Provider for the eligibility to be checked and verified. Organisation Roles and Responsibilities The EPA Provider is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the specified criteria and contractual terms and conditions. The Associate must be approved in writing by the EPA Provider and have the necessary experience and qualifications. They must have an up-to-date DBS check via the EPA Provider and a copy of qualification certificates must be lodged with and approved by the EPA Provider before the commencement of any delivery.

Apprentice Eligibility. All apprentices must complete a DAS-1 and DOL Apprentice Agreement and receive on-the-job training related to the selected occupation. Apprentices must be California residents, at least 18 years old, complete all necessary testing, and submit required documents to the InTech Center and the IDEA Committee for approval.

The Contractor shall indemnify, defend with counsel approved in writing by County, and hold harmless, the County, its agents, officers, and employees from employer sanctions and any other liability which may be assessed against the Contractor or the County or both in connection with any alleged violation of any Federal or State statutes or regulations pertaining to the eligibility for employment of any persons performing work under this Contract.
