Common use of APPRENTICE OVERTIME Clause in Contracts

APPRENTICE OVERTIME. The names of apprentices will not appear on group overtime records. Apprentices may be considered for overtime when, in the opinion of supervision, the apprentice is capable of performing the work and such overtime assignment does not interfere with the classroom or associated training time. Upon promotion to journeyman status, the employee will be placed at the average hours of the assigned overtime group.
