Restoration of Seniority. By agreement of the parties hereto, seniority may be restored in whole or in part to an employee who has completed probationary employment as provided by Section 11.04 hereof, who has forfeited his/her seniority as a result of being granted a leave of absence for more than thirty (30) days, except as otherwise provided by Article 15.00 hereof. SALARIED EMPLOYMENT
Restoration of Seniority. By agreement of the parties hereto seniority may be restored in whole or in part to an employee who has completed probationary employment as provided by Article herein or to any person who has lost seniority for cause provided by Clause herein.
Restoration of Seniority. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12. (B) and (C), should an individual be returned by the Employer to his former classification from Long-Term Disability under the provisions of the Employer’s insurance plan or Workers Compensation, such individual will be credited with his full seniority, as determined by the rules set forth in the above sections of this Article.
Restoration of Seniority. When converting from a .5 FTE or above status to an on-call position, vacation and sick accrual rates will cease and remain frozen for the period of time that the employee is on-call. Upon return to a .5 FTE or above, the employee’s vacation and sick leave accrual will begin accruing at the rate from the time of the change to on-call.
Restoration of Seniority. Except where seniority was forfeited pursuant to Section 3 subdivisions B, D or E of this Article, should an employee be rehired, within the bargaining unit, by the Employer within one (1) year of termination of his seniority, the employee shall have his accrued seniority restored.
Restoration of Seniority. 30 Except as provided above, seniority shall be restored only by mutual agreement of the 31 Union and the Company. Consideration for restoration of seniority shall be given by 32 the Business Representative, District 725, a Business Representative of the Union and 33 the Manager of Labor Relations for the Company, and such mutual agreement shall be 34 recognized only on written evidence of their mutual approval. 35
Restoration of Seniority. Unit Seniority and PMC Seniority will be restored if an employee returns to work for PMC within one year after the separation date, or longer if required by law. Seniority will then include the seniority earned at the time of separation of employment, unless otherwise required by law.

Restoration of Seniority. If an employee with seniority under this agreement, is placed at work as an employee not covered by this agreement he shall retain seniority rights under this agreement for three (3) months following placement or for a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date of placement if displaced as the result of Lay-off. Thereafter, his/her seniority shall convey no rights under this agreement. No movement of employees will take place until proper notice has been given and served.

(a) Subject to Sub-Sections 11.05 (b) and 11.05 (c) hereof, seniority held as at September 1st, 1968, shall be retained by an employee who heretofore was transferred to salaried employment not covered by this Agreement and to a salaried position which is not higher than a first line/level supervisory position and there shall not be any further accrual of seniority by that employee, so long as he remains in the said salaried employment; any employee who hereafter is transferred to salaried employment not covered by this Agreement and to a salaried position which is not higher than the supervisory rank
(b) The provisions of Sub-Section 11.05 (a) hereof, shall apply to an employee who heretofore or hereafter was or is placed at work specifically as a first line/level supervisor, for a continuous period of six (6) months from the date he was or is thus placed at work and after which period of six (6) months he shall have lost or shall lose all seniority.
