Common use of Apprenticeship and Training Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship and Training. SECTION 5.01: The Area Training Agreement entered into between the Southwestern Line Chapter of NECA, and IBEW Local Union 2286 as approved by the International President on December 29, 2003 and as amended, shall govern all matters of apprenticeship and training, and the financing thereof.
