Common use of Apprenticeship and Training Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship and Training. Section 5.01. The Area Training Agreement entered into between the Southeastern Line Constructors Chapter of NECA, and IBEW Local Union numbers 175, 443, 558, 676, and 917 as approved by the International President on February 4, 2000, and as amended, shall govern all matters of apprenticeship and training, and the financing thereof.
