Appropriate Localities for Development incentives. In terms of share of private benefit (profit) arising from taking up a development incentive, research reported in the Background Paper indicates that it would be reasonable for Council to require 50% of additional ‘private benefit’ (additional profit) created when a developer chooses to take such an incentive in the form of variation in height or development standards, and that this would be most feasible in high value precincts. A preliminary assessment of the main settlement areas in Xxxxxxxx Valley indicates that such development incentives are likely to be effective in generating an affordable housing contribution in selected localities or precincts. In the short to medium-term, it is likely that this would be restricted to carefully selected precincts within higher value suburbs of Angourie, Sandon, Wooli, Yamba, Xxxxxx Water, Wooloweyah, Brooms Head, Iluka, Palmers Island and Maclean at the present time. Changes in the market over time will make the application more or less feasible in different localities.

The health promotion program shall emphasize the adoption and maintenance of more healthy lifestyle behaviors and shall encourage wiser usage of the health care system.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
