Approval and Registration. 9.1 If the applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdiction permit and demand the approval and/or registration or filing of this Agreement from or with any government authority, the Obligors shall promptly complete the formalities for such approval and/or registration or filing upon request of the Obligee, and shall provide the Obligee with the proof of such formalities.

Approval and Registration. 9.1 If the applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdiction permit and demand the approval and/or registration or filing of this Agreement or the Loan provided hereunder from or with any government authority, the Borrowers shall promptly complete the formalities for such approval and/or registration or filing upon request of the Lender, and shall provide the Lender with the proof of such formalities.

Approval and Registration. (a) To complete the registration under this Clause (Completion of the Pledge), the Pledgor should, upon the date of signing of the Agreement, sign the Registration Agreement with the Security Agent; (b) The Pledgor should, at its own expenses and as soon as practicable, obtain, for the purpose of the pledge established under the Agreement, the approval from the Approving Authority and complete the filing with Tianjin Industrial and Commercial Administrative Bureau, and complete the security registration with the Security Registration Authority; (c) The Pledgor commits herein that, upon signing of the Agreement and any Additional Pledge Commitments, the Pledgor shall immediately make all efforts reasonably possible to assist the Security Agent (including other parties or individuals entrusted by the Security Agent) to complete the pledge registration procedures for the Receivables with the Pledge Registration Authority and obtain the Pledge Certificate, and assume the reasonable and appropriate costs and expenses incurred therefrom.

(c) The Seller must provide all assistance and information requested by the Buyer (acting reasonably) in relation to the preparation of the applications described in 9.1(a). (d) The Parties must cooperate with each other and do all things reasonably necessary to obtain approval and registration as soon as practicable after Completion (e) Without limiting the generality of clause 9.1(d): (1) each party must make all applications which are, and supply all information that is necessary and appropriate for the purpose of enabling approval and registration under the Act to be obtained; (2) subject to clause 6.3(b), no party may withdraw or procure the withdrawal of any such application made or information supplied; (3) no party may take any action that would, or would likely to, prevent or hinder approval and registration; and (4) each party must supply to the other Parties copies of all applications made and all information supplied for the purpose of obtaining approval and registration.

Approval and Registration. 26.2.1 This Contract shall be submitted for approval to the Approval Authority and shall come into force beginning from the date on which it is approved by the Approval Authority. 26.2.2 If this Contract is not approved within nine (9) months of the date of this Contract, or the Approval Authority requires the Parties to amend this Contract in a manner that is unacceptable or imposes conditions that are unacceptable to any of the Parties, then any Party may terminate the effectiveness of its signature of this Contract by written notice to the other Parties, and upon receipt of such notice this Contract shall be void. 26.2.3 This Contract shall be submitted to SAIC for registration.

Approval and Registration. Within 64 days after this Contract is signed, the Chargor and the Company shall complete all of the following approval and registration: 2.3.1 to obtain all relevant approval documents from the Approval Authority related to the approval of the Security Interest granted under this Contract ; and 2.3.2 to register the Security Interests granted under this Contract with the Registration Authority.

Approval and Registration. 9.1 If any law or regulation of any jurisdiction allows and requests this Agreement to be approved and/or registered or filed by or with any governmental body, the Obligors shall follow the requirements of the Obligee to promptly handle relevant approval and/or registration or filing formalities and submit the evidencing documents for such formalities to the Obligee.
